Our Story
Built on Trust. Finished with Pride.
Affinity Homes LLC is a Colorado Springs-based residential general contractor dedicated to quality craftsmanship and the relationships we build along the way.
Who We Are
A Contractor You Can Count On
Affinity Homes LLC was founded on a simple belief: homeowners deserve a contractor who shows up, communicates clearly, and delivers work they're proud to stand behind. We've built our reputation one project at a time — earning the trust of Colorado Springs families through consistent quality and honest partnerships.
From kitchen renovations and bathroom remodels to full home additions and new construction, we bring the same level of care and attention to every job. No shortcuts, no surprises — just skilled tradespeople doing their best work.
We're licensed, insured, and deeply familiar with Colorado's building codes, climate, and the unique character of homes across the Pikes Peak region. When you work with Affinity Homes, you're working with a team that treats your home like their own.
What We Stand For
Our Core Values
Craftsmanship First
We take pride in the quality of our work. Every joint, every finish, every detail is executed with care — because your home deserves nothing less.
Honest Communication
We believe in straight talk. You'll always know the status of your project, the real timeline, and the true cost — before and during construction.
Respect for Your Home
We treat every home as if it were our own. That means clean job sites, careful protection of your belongings, and work that integrates seamlessly with your existing space.
Long-Term Relationships
Many of our clients come back to us project after project — and refer their neighbors. That trust is the foundation of everything we do.
"We don't just build homes — we build the places where life happens."
